"We struggled to find a contractor for a remodel because our job was a bit too big for small time contractors, and a bit too small for big time contractors. Barden took on the job, even though they had many large projects already in progress. They gave us the opportunity to do some of the work ourselves to cut down on costs, and did a great job with everything else, performing high quality work. They were helpful and always responded quickly with requests for changes and/or modifications. I’d certainly hire them for work in the future."

"Outstanding! We hired Barden Home Builders twice, first on a smaller project, and about a year later for a large scale kitchen/living space renovation. From start to finish, the team was so nice and easy to work with! They were always professional and thorough, and they earned our complete trust. Taryn and Lauren helped us with the design, made great suggestions, offered guidance, etc. They helped us select materials/finishes, but they took care of the ordering and details well in advance to avoid potential delays. All steps of the project went smoothly, and they stayed within the time frame and budget. Communication was amazing, everyone was so responsive by text, email and phone. Their online project management system was easy to navigate and allowed us to check on any detail whenever we needed. Barden has very talented contractors who were always friendly, polite and conscientious. "On time and budget! Barden Home Builders was great to work with! Our 2k square foot remodel started with 3D computer renderings that made the plan easy to visualize and edit. Lauren, helped explain different design details and having plenty of tile, stone, and cabinet samples at the office was helpful for making sure we got the colors and styles we wanted. During construction Taryn kept everything on track and was the perfect liaison between the design and construction teams. When we wanted to make a couple small changes during the build, Randy made it look easy, and we even got more than we originally bargained for. Mid-renovation, Aaron found room in the budget to redo a walk-in closet and the carpenters, Douglas and Joey, brought it to fruition. The Barden team really pays attention to detail; Case, the electrician, even orients all of the screws on outlet covers he installs in the same direction! We doubt there will be any craftsmanship issues but Barden's two-year warranty on their work is nice for peace of mind. Would recommend to family and friends."

"Barden Home Builders did a fantastic job renovating the living space and kitchen of our primary residence. Lauren and her team dedicated themselves to creating a thoughtful and detailed design prior to construction, allowing us to visualize several scenarios before picking the one we liked most. The final product looks identical to the renderings! During construction Taryn did a great job of coordinating the process, communicating with us on a regular basis regarding schedule and budget. The field team, led by Randy and Aaron, were equally impressive, addressing quality issues, coordinating subcontractors, and getting their hands dirty when needed. Barden’s craftworkers Joey, Douglas and Case did a great job performing the critical scopes on the project including demo, framing, cabinetry, trim and electrical. They were all top-quality professionals, obsessing over the details which made the end product near perfect.
