Complete Design: Floor Plans, Elevations, & Every Material Specified

Before a fixed construction price is set, our in-house design team completes your entire project on paper. Floor plans, structural elevations, 3D renderings, and every material selection. Cabinet style, countertop material, tile, fixtures, flooring, lighting. Every decision is made and approved before construction begins.

This phase takes as long as construction. A kitchen or bathroom project typically involves 4-6 weeks of design. A whole home renovation or addition can take 3-4 months. That timeline surprises most people, but it’s the reason the fixed price that follows is a real number, not a rough estimate.

When construction starts, every decision has already been made, priced, and approved. The construction phase is an execution of a plan, not a series of decisions made under pressure.

Fixed-Price Contract and Construction

With the complete design approved, we issue a fixed-price contract. That contract is the number we’re accountable to. Construction begins with a dedicated project manager, a coordinated subcontractor schedule, and daily BuilderTrend updates. If you’re living in the home during construction, we plan for it from the start, including temporary kitchen setups, keeping one bathroom functional, and sequencing work to minimize disruption.

Completion, Walkthrough, and Warranty

Before we call a project complete, we walk through every detail together. Punch list items are resolved before closeout, not promised afterward. Your warranty coverage begins at completion.
