Cabinet Designer

Flagstaff, Arizona   /   Full-Time

Help bring our clients’ ideas to life through thoughtful kitchen, bath, and cabinetry design. Guide homeowners from the first consultation through design approval and installation, working closely with our design and construction teams.

What you’ll do

  • Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget.
  • Create cabinet designs, kitchen and bath layouts, 3D renderings, and detailed specifications.
  • Guide selections for materials, finishes, hardware, and cabinetry.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, and close design and cabinet package sales.
  • Coordinate site measurements, design revisions, and installation details.
  • Manage multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and communication on track.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cabinet design, kitchen and bath design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, WinBid, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
  • Confidence leading client consultations and managing design sales.
  • Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and installation requirements.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver’s license for occasional site visits.

AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and residential construction coordination experience is a plus.
